New K.K.O.F. Music Video Debuting On January 2, 2011!
What’s up fans,
Guess what, i’m back with the music videos, for real this time. I’m dropping a brand new K.K.O.F. music video on Sunday, January 2, 2011. I thought that I should bring a video to celebrate the new year, and the man above of course.
I haven’t dropped a music video since September, my last music video was “Carbon Copyz” off my album “The King With Swagga”, which is still available on iTunes and Amazon. Now since I gotten the equipment I need for shooting videos, I’m gonna be dropping new videos more often. Some of them might on green screen and some of them will not but I will drop the video at least every two weeks.
For the video i’m dropping on Sunday, it will be off my newest mixtape “Ministry Music Vol. 1″, which had dropped today. If you like christian rap music and you love God, you should download it today by clicking HERE and let it be a blessing to you and yours for the new year. So…Stay tuned for my return with the music videos on Sunday. God bless yall.

ABOUT THE EP:
I was thinking about some things after releasing “The Redprint” mixtape, but at the same time, I took a short break from music to work on some other stuff. Although, I had unfinished stuff to complete.
During that break stretch, I took the time to plan some stuff to write. I wrote a quick song called “Look At Me”, a song dedicated to the lord. After I released the video of the song, I posted it as a free download and it was downloaded up to 100 times, plus i kept getting great feedback from it.
I first started making these spiritual songs when I was 17 or 18 year old but a few after, since then, I stopped, i don’t why but I figured that later, I was gonna get back into.
I was always a spiritual person, a strong lover of God and an Christian. My life is really based on God, I learned that God should receive all credit for everything he put me through. I never wanted the fast life or to be like others, but to be a true follower under Jesus Christ. My heart and soul is with Jesus.
I also did songs that were inspirational and give people hope. I haven’t made much of these songs but the point of making these songs is to prove that i’m more than a rap artist, not just to make a song putting God’s name in it.
So I decided to make an album worth of spiritual songs. All of the songs are boasting in the lord, even though I don’t really boast at all about anything.
The songs on the mixtape are inspirational and motivational for people who loves God. Let these mixtape be a blessing to you and your family. I will be doing more ministry rap in the future and it will never stop from here.
That’s all I got for ya. Make sure you get your copy of my mixtape “Ministry Music Vol. 1″ today. It will probably on iTunes later in 2011, depends on my decision.

Where Are The Music Videos??
Okay, So some of you have been asking me about the music videos…
I haven’t posted up a music videos since September. The reason I stopped is because of moving situations and after I moved in, I didn’t want to shoot a video inside the new house because basically, I missed shooting my videos on green screen, I didn’t want to keep shooting the same house shots over and over again.
I realized that my green screen music videos gets me views YouTube. I tried to get the lighting stuff for the fabric green screen but at the time, I didn’t have enough time to get it, so I had to wait 4 long months to get it.
When I first did my first ever green screen videos, I used green poster paper with 8 ceiling fan lights and 3 lamps. I only shot 3 videos with that equipment and it came out pretty good. Now I got the fabric screen and gotten the bright work lights, which is good enough for me, I can now make the videos how I want to make them.
The music videos will be up soon, I promise to post up a new K.K.O.F. music video sometime in January 2011, as a matter of fact, i’m gonna shoot one song off the upcoming mixtape dropping December 30th.
So, That’s all. Peace!

Beats Going On The Net Soon!!
Yo, what’s poppin’
I’m just letting yall that my beats will be on the internet for sale very soon. I found two sites were I can sell them. I should’ve did this way back but in August, I had to leave my job, so I have no money coming to me at the moment
My album is not getting enough sales, which is the reason why I’m not put anything else on iTunes until something happens. Basically, I’m trying to get some quick money but it’s not easy. The whole reason why I make beats is to make money, so people, if you don’t have no money, you get no beats from me. Not trying to sound mean or anything but I have quality beats and there worth getting paid for.
I have money coming in sometime January, once that comes in, I will post my beats on the net. If anyone wants some beats right now, contact at my new email rapkingkutta@gmail.com and I will give all the info about my beats and sending info there.
Oh yeah, I will putting snippets my newest beats on my www.YouTube.com/KKOFproductions page and I just opened another YouTube www.YouTube.com/KKOFONTHEBEAT page for them as well.
Well, that’s all I got for now. I got great things going on in the future.

On & Off With The Music For A Few Days!
What’s up people, Merry Christmas to all of you by the way…
This may sound a little weird but I have some stuff coming up soon, such as: My mixtape “______” dropping December 30th, then me and the Swagg Tyme Nation Squad dropping an album called “Royalty” (it’s not a K.K.O.F. solo mixtape!), which is set to drop on January 11, 2011. Plus my artist Jorge Fuenez is in super song-writing mode, so he going for a mixtape project.
But the reason why I say i’m gonna on and off working on the music for just a few days is because, well, see…last sunday, I got sick, I caught the flu virus bug and wasn’t expecting it, especially on Christmas week. I’m feel better now but I was almost close to being sick on Christmas, God came through for me, thank you lord.
Now that i’m recovered, i’m taking easy on myself and be on and off with the music because I don’t wanna get sick again. The place where I make my beats, shoot my videos and sometimes record my songs is in the car porch, which I turned into my personal studio, the cold air comes through the mini cracked garage door and it’s very cold in there, which is one of the slight reasons I got sick.
I am gonna take it easy on myself for a short while. Meanwhile, i’m gonna be writing songs for my 2011 projects, and don’t forget, I have a mixtape dropping on December 30th. Stay tuned for the rest of my new projects coming soon. I DO THIS SHAWTY!!!
-K.K.O.F.
New Mixtape Dropping December 30th!!
What’s happenin’ yall, first off, Happy Holidays…
Yeah, so I’m dropping a new mixtape next week. I can’t tell you nothing about it because I don’t wanna give away anything until it drops but what I tell can you is that, i’m trying something different. I felt I had to try it because I have something to prove.
I’m confidence that this mixtape will get me what I want musically and will make some people proud, as well as me. It’s a surprise though but you will know when the mixtape drops. I would give you a hint but i don’t want to make it seem like i’m copying or stealing someone’s idea, there’s already a person telling lies saying i’m stealing or copying them but i’m not. If you don’t catch my drift, I will explain a little in my next blog sometime.
That’s is about it. Make sure you get the mixtape on the 30th. Gotta go, peace!

ABOUT THE MIXTAPE:
Well, after realizing that some artists I worked with or made beats for became hit songs but I produced way more songs for people this year then last year.
Basically, I came up with the idea of songs I produced for artists and making a mixtape out of them. Besides the 18 songs, I produced a lot more songs than that. I also want to get my credit on all the beats that I produced for these artists.
So I decided to make a mixtape called “KKOF ON THE BEAT” to showcase to beats I produced for people. All of the songs are the most recognized or popular songs from these artists albums and mixtapes, even including myself.
I also threw in two of my instrumental beats with the mixtape as a “thank you” for downloading the mixtape, how great is that.
That’s all, make sure you preview the mixtape over at datpiff and download your copy of “KKOF ON THE BEAT” today!

Goals For 2011!
Well, this year was kinda great, my personal life is ok but i’m not gonna talk about it!
This year was a blast, I met popular musicians, sold some beats, released my first album ever, put out 3 great mixtapes (about to be 4 on Dec 30th), got a label with artists that I own and put out a classic hit song. I also figured out some things I haven’t tried yet so I think i’m gonna try something really different this time in my music career. I can’t say until the new year comes but I think that this will work out for me well. I know where I want my focus to be.
I been putting out regular material but some of it caught attention and some didn’t. My success came from YouTube, YouTube helped me gain some following but I feel like i have some on and off ones, so i’m gonna try to gain some more so I can keep doing my thang. I’m trying something different from the material I been putting out, just to see where it takes me as an artist.
I do know that I want to build up some more YouTube presence, earlier this year, I was into shooting and editing videos but now, I gotten a little lazy and it was also much differcult because I need more places to shoot the videos besides that house. It hurted me because at the time, I had gotten a fabric green screen and didn’t have the right lighting equipment. Now I gotten everything I need for my video shooting, I don’t know if I can put up a new video too often because my HD camera eat up my battery power really quick and I got to keep buying new batteries for it but at least put out more videos this year.
I’m also gonna divide the different type of videos I put up, even on their own site. I’m working on a site that will be opened some time in January or February 2011 where the ______ music will go, which will also have songs and my upcoming projects. My regular site which is this will still be available for my blogs, regular music and my artists from Swagg Tyme Nation upcoming projects. I’m also gonna open up a site for posting and selling my beats. Oh yeah, I also opened up a new YouTube page for my different genre music as well and I still got my other YouTube page www.YouTube.com/KKOFproductions where I be posting up my beats. (NOT COPYING IF YOU LOOKING AT THIS, YOU KNOW WHO U ARE!)
As for the albums, well, my album “The King With Swagga” didn’t get much sales on iTunes so i’m just gonna keep releasing mixtapes until something happens. It the best I should do for right now. I’m also gonna seek some management for promoting my stuff.
The mixtapes: I have a lot of original material but like I said, i’m taking a risk to try something different. You will witness that on December 30th. I’m planning to release a mixtape every 3 or 4 months, I know which of the two material mixtapes i’ll put out yet but I will figure it out. I’m also gonna put out singles, which should lead to a new mixtape to the kind of songs I make. I don’t really know how i’m do these type of various music i’m doing but one of the two should get me somewhere.
The other type of genre i’m talking about is what I can’t tell you yet. I don’t put it all out just yet. Those the goals for my music I want to go for.
And I guess that’s it. 2011 will be in couple of weeks so i’m set to do something I want to do and i can’t wait. Just know that in 2011, change is coming and you will witness it. God bless yall.

This album will not disappoint you and it’s a classic. This is Jorge’s 3rd mixtape but his debut Swagg Tyme Nation project. I produced 13 hot tracks on it, as you know how I do on the beats. You also heard previous tracks that were put out before the mixtape including “The Dirty Rag Song”, Food In My Mouth” and “Salvation Army”. Besides myself in production, TCM also has producers like Peanskean, who produced 2 songs and J.J. Playboi produced “Alter Amigo”, J.J. Playboi is my former producer by the way. Me and Jorge worked hard on this record so we can gave you great quality music.
He has some outstanding guest appearences by Peanskean on the “Let Me Get It” song, the MC who has over 2o mixtapes G-Baby Carter, Jorge’s portages Hard Knox and DJ Snoopbear, Smiley’s artist from Swagg Tyme Nation Lil’ Cheezy and myself.
But a few months back, he had a hit called “Jungle Craze”, which is still unknown to some people, the song showed his skills in lyrics and charisma, even before that, I doubted him because when I heard his music, it was some things were right and half of it was wrong. Not only his “Jungle Craze” got my attention but “Making Changes” really reached me, but I was thinking what if I signed him and make him a better artist, all questions were going in my mind. So, I gave him a beat and a song idea based off his things he talks about in his music, which was “The Dirty Rag Song” to see was he is worth signing to Swagg Tyme Nation.
Well, it turned out that he buckled down and got into his song-writing mode. Then a day later, I heard the completed song and I was impressed, I was gonna wait for more but I went ahead and signed him because he put his mind into his music, even sometimes he would think he’s weak. Don’t need to explain no further about the journey to TCM.
Be sure to look out for his 2nd Swagg Tyme Nation project because it will be his last. As for me, i’m proud of myself to make someone’s music sounds great. Jorge Fuenez is a work of art.
That’s all I gotta say for now. Be sure to preview it at Datpiff and download your copy of Jorge’s “The Contraband Man” mixtape today!

The Return Of K.K.O.F. Music Videos!
What’s happening fans,
Guess what, I’m coming back with the music videos. Basically, I took the hiatus because every since I move into my place, I haven’t had much places to shoot them and I also became exhausted but now i’m back.
On top of that, I wanna thank everyone who brought my beats and my newest CD, RP2 (The Redprint 2), it helped me get lights for my green screen. I don’t have to default green screen lights but some work lights, which are very bright. I tested them out and they work perfectly.
I have a couple videos I wanna shoot for songs on “The Redprint 2″ mixtape, one of them is “On My Lonely”, which features my labelmate Jorge Fuenez, he got his green screen working as well, and also either “Throw Fire Flames” or “Swag Rag”. One of these music videos will premiere sometime this month. I’m doing these videos because i’m going on another whole different music scene afterwards. I will explain that later!
I will also probably do music videos for “The Streets” and “Put That On Everything” since two songs is the most downloaded songs on various websites I have them on…Plus,i’m working on a new project that is due in January 2011, I will work on videos for songs on that project as well but I can’t really explain about that one right now.
I’m not really selling my songs right now but i’m working on the original music for one last time before I try something differently, which is already a set plan. It’s only one song selling on my album “The King With Swagga” called “Cookie Monster Man”, so i’m not gonna risk to put stuff out that can’t sell until something comes up, although i’m working on another music genre, which is actually getting me a lot a feedback. Stay tuned for that.
The only problem I have with my green screen is I keep seeing the mini-shadows of me, I stand about 4 or 5 away from it and it shows the white shadow of me and also, everytime I key out the green screen, some parts of me in the shot are transparent, I don’t know if it’s the program I use or I have too much light on me, whatever it is, I will figure it out. The shots won’t be exactly perfect but good enough.
Right now, i’m working on my new project which is due in January 2011 and the Swagg Tyme Nation “Royalty” album, which will be out on 1/11/11, plus my artist Jorge Fuenez next project. Which I get a chance, I will work on the music videos and put them before this month is over.
That’s it, oh…by the way, my artist Jorge Fuenez new mixtape “The Contraband Man” is dropping on Saturday, December 18th at 12am (midnight – east coast time), so make sure you download it when it drops. You can peep the track list at www.KKOFmusic.com/FreeMixtapes
Alright, that’s all the news for now. Have a great day, peace!

Why Me, Why I Have To Be The Biter! (It’s Sad!)
Well…Today, I happen to go on my facebook and happen to see a disappointing note on my news feed. They didn’t say the name of it but they couldn’t get by me, yeah I know exactly who a certain someone is talking about. Usually, I don’t like to get into things that people try to start something with but I just have to express what I do and how I do it differently. It seems that people does not know how I do things and yet, they don’t understand, so now, let me get this off my chest and explain how I do things.
People have other biting off their style or whatever but in this case, i’m put into the situation. So when see things like this, it’s bothers me and i’m very sensitive when people put me in something I don’t have nothing to do with, so I have to take this personally because to me, it’s either two things, hate, or wanna see me go down.
It’s sad and it disappoints me.
Okay, so the person I respected so much has gave me inspiration and i’m a big fan of this person. His inspiration got me to think of ideas that was creative, which some of them I thought was not good but later worked out in the long run. The first I did to dedicate to him was a song in the past he made, I liked it, so I made a beat that was similar to his to give him a hint that I am a producer, then i read that it was some some song ideas that were being used, what song ideas is that because I do not recall any songs idea I used for theirs. What I do is use the people/musicians I respect for inspiration and make things on my own.
This person is trying to say that i’m ripping him off and GOD knows that is NOT true. All the ideas I come up was based on inspiration, not nobody else, sometimes, I would not know unless I found out that someone was using the idea. Some of my ideas or similar to others but I always make sure that mine would not be the same as theirs so they wouldn’t think i’m copying them. Copying someone would be the last thing on my mind and it’s sad to see that someone is complaining, trying to knock down my success for what i’ve worked hard for.
The album review thing was suggested by MY fans, not based off him. He’s been doing album reviews for a year but when my fans request something, i don’t ignore it, this is the reason why I have a YouTube page in the first place, I’ve only done 4 album reviews an he got more than I have, plus, there are other people on YouTube who does album reviews as well, so…therefore, it’s common sense. If everybody else does reviews, why can’t I, it is not no law saying that I can’t do reviews, then I did an album review of Kanye’s new album, so did he but I didn’t know that he made a review for Kanye album until a few days after and I also did a Nicki Minaj review and yeah I gave her the exact rating he did, but only because I agreed but now, I deleted the nicki minaj album review so I hope he’s happy.
The Blogs, I didn’t really keep up with his blogs that much but sometimes, I would go to his site to download some of his songs, which is the only reason I go to his site. He writes blogs on his site about his albums and stuff, me, I write about my music, my life and more. My fans can see that my site is very different than his. When I write my blogs, I write them in a different way, I use easy phases and words to express what i’m saying and yet, he thinks I stealing them. He has a popular song he made back 2 years ago, which he call him self now, my popular is Never Been A Lame but I don’t really call myself by my popular song. I have 3 name that been given to me: “East Lake Kutta”, “The Swagged Out Rap King” and “The Ministry Rap King”, does that sound like i’m stealing?? NO!!!
I had open up me a site for a special project that me and my partner was working on but since he think sthat I was stealing his style of the new site he has, I closed it and gonna put my upcoming things on my own site, and I also opened up a new twitter page for that project because for one, my old twitter kept getting hacked but now I closed the new twitter and kept my old one @KKOF because I got the hacking situation resolved.
Now let’s get into the parody songs. This person also thinks i’m starting to do parodies now, well, I released a Waka Flocka parody a few days ago but my parody was different, it was spiritual and when he do parodies, he switches up the title that rhymes with the regular songs, I kept the SAME title of the regular song, it’s not stealing at all, it’s just similar and I don’t do parodies, I actually does remakes of people’s popular songs but not often. As of matter of fact, that’s the only parody song I did, why is he mad, he got an whole album with parodies, he probably will think that I will come out an album with parodies, well, i’m not. I’m not that dude. I make music that is crunk, inspirational and sometimes spiritual.
But why is he starting stuff when he is copying off another musician. I had no ideas to copy someone and why should i, Copying and stealing people stuff is the very last thing on my mind. I can come with creative ideas anytime I want, i’m very creative and my idea might be similar to others, that is the farest I go.
When I do songs, I listen to other people songs first, then that when I create me a killer creative song, it turns out great. I been doing this music for 10 straight years and i’m gonna continue to do it. I also create crunk songs with a powerful message which I call “Spiritual Rap Music”, which is something he doesn’t do. My spiritual songs would show that i’m more than an artist, I use my music to help people who have lost souls, going through some stuff in their life or people who love GOD. My other songs are very much fun songs to listen to. When I first started rapping, it was off inspiration and at the time, I didn’t know how to produce beats until I learned 5 years later. Now I know how to do both, but I was always a spiritual person in the first place. God tells me that these things will happen and I just have to ignore the hate and complaining.
The “Never Been A Lame” is my biggest song up to date and people still loves it. That song is an inspirational song for people who get called lame when their not. It’s also my most catchiest songs i’ve ever wrote. I just don’t look at what this person do and say “I will do the same thing he’s doing”, that’s not how I handle things, I do things the opposite. Why I would do what this person is doing when i can do things MY way.
I find this kinda sad because this person is good at what he does and I don’t understand why he is starting stuff, I do not copy, I do not steal and I put that on everything. Yes he is an influence to me but I don’t carbon copy anyone. I have a label called Swagg Tyme Nation, which I founded myself, I have 4 artists, which I recruited them myself and I make mixtapes, which I make myself as well as my music videos, songs, reviews, websites, beats, and fans. I made money off my music without copying him, copying someone is having the same exact name, same exact song etc, therefore, i’m not biting no one’s style. I don’t need to. I believe this person is better than that and instead of trying to take down my success for what I worked hard for, he should think twice about it because it will not help.
This person is too talented and gifted to bring me down and have to understand how I do things differently, i guess because someone is sensitive and is annoyed for no reason at all. I have my own stuff to worry about instead of biting the person, the person knows that deep in his heart that I do things differently from his. It’s just sad, it’s people hating on my stuff that I do. It always be an hater somewhere. I have people copying me too but I don’t complaining about it, I go on to the next one and keep doing my thang, the more the hate, the successful I get. It’s just really funny to me but sad.

Waka Flocka’s (Spiritual Parody) “O Let’s Do It!” by K.K.O.F.
What’s up people!
It’s time to try something what I haven’t doing too often – SPIRITUAL RAP SONGS, yesterday, I released a spritual parody of Waka Flocka’s early debut hit song “O Let’s Do It!”
My version of “O Let’s Do It” is about reppin’ christ and spreading the spiritual movement. I know i’m a bit late release this song since it did down but this one was pretty simple.
You can check the song below – the music video will be coming soon and the song will be available for download soon as well.

Rebranding!
Alright, I got this get this off my chest, so please bare with me….
I been putting out these rap songs and some songs catch on and some songs don’t but I also have a confession with this. When I first started off with this rap music under the name King Kut but before all this music happening or before I started rapping, I was a positive person and things like that. Yeah, so…the reason I changed my name from King Kut to K.K.O.F. in the first so people can forget my bad and offensive music in the past because at the end, all the stuff that I said was not true.
Although, I still can make good music without talking about those things or cursing, which i’ve done for a year now but I got into this music thing because I love it and to keep me off the bad stuff like the streets and other bad stuff.
I don’t care about that other fake music rappers be putting out just to get popular and fame, trying to make people like me and my songs for the sake of being liked because the end of the day, some of the rap music today is fake and I wanna spread the good and let people see the real me. I never wanted to be a “trap” rapper or be a gangsta, it’s not a good life trying to be something that you’re not.
When i’m not doing music, i’m a spiritual person that lives by three things: Loyalty, Royalty and Christ Life. All 3 of them things I represent but don’t get it twisted, I still make regular rap music but on the clean basis, i’m still with the Swagg Tyme Nation and working with my artists. I’m still the same person with a new musicial expression.
I want to prove to people that i’m a person who is loyal and positive. These other things like clubs and violence doesn’t do anything but lead to danger, I sure don’t want that. Some upcoming rappers I know are in it just for the money, I say screw that, it ain’t about that, it’s about everlasting life to me.
So…as from now, i’m focusing on the music that can inspire and save people from the negitive. I haven’t did much of this music lately but at this point, life is short and sometimes, we have to stand up and keep it %100.
This means that… the K.K.O.F. that you know has been upgraded.
But don’t worry, like I said before, I will stil put out a few regular songs but on the clean basis from time to time and also just for the sake of taking a short break but all I can say is, a lot of people inspired me to become this new musicial artist, i’m sure that this will make people fall in love with me and like what I doing.
There is a little of my upcoming plan but for now, this is all I can give you. I will explain the rest later. I’m about to make myself known shawty.
Later…

Info About Jorge Fuenez “The Contraband Man” Mixtape Droppin’ December 18th.
Greeting everyone!
Well, guess what, I decided to give you a few insights to my artist up-to-date, Jorge Fuenez’s 3rd project. He last 2 mixtapes “The Dirty Rag” and “Back N Bootleg” didn’t really didn’t cut it for him but this one i’m working with him will make heads turn. It’s almost complete and me and the promo crew will do some promoting for it within a few weeks. So far, I been giving yall my stuff, now it’s his turn. Let me tell what you need to know.
His 3rd project is called “The Contraband Man”, pretty cool title huh, it’s bootleg but creative.
The goal for his project is to: steal rappers rapping styles, display his comedian style on my beats and to display his lyrical style. You will get half of Jorge’s life on his mixtape in a true Jorge Fuenez fashion.
The production on the project will have my former producer J.J. Playboi, a couple of beats from Peanskean and last but not least, most of the beats will be produced by myself. Some of yall might can tell if I made a beat on the project if you happen to hear these voice tags “K.K.O.F. on the beat” or “You’re listening to a K.K.O.F. beat, boy!” and some of song doesn’t have them but i’ve produced most of the beats from the mixtape, including “Salvation Army”, “Food In My Mouth” and “The Dirty Rag Song”. Yall know my beats are FIRE, my beats are often compared to Drumma Boy, Scott Storch, No ID and Mannie Fresh.
The promotion part will be upon me, my executive promoters and Jorge. There will be videos, he prefers to his videos on green screen, I will edit his music videos from time to time and that’s about it.
I’m excited about his first Swagg Tyme Nation project, he proven that he can match up with any underground emcee. This new Jorge Fuenez project will NOT disappoint you. We looking to finish up the project by next week and having it posted on this site on December 18th, which is the release date. Be sure to download it when it comes up.
Oh yeah, we also working on another project but it’s not a solo project, details about that coming soon but until then, it’s all about The Contraband Man – droppong 12/18/10! Follow Jorge on Twitter at www.Twitter.com/JorgeFuenez_STN

Yeah, this track go hard and no, it’s not on my new mixtape “The Redprint 2″, which is still available by the way….This track will be on another project of mine…or should I say ours. I can’t really tell you much right now about the upcoming project yet because it’s a major exclusive but all I say for now is the project will be out sometime in middle January 2011. I will give you little more details about it when I…I mean we finish our exclusive project but in the meantime, take a listen at our new track and share it with your friends.

INTO THE MIXTAPE:
After my debut album “The King With Swagga” released, I stop recording songs to focus on my other artists projects.
While I was doing that, I had planned another mixtape together, which I was not sure if I wanted to release these songs and make a mixtape out of them. These were songs that did not make “The King With Swagga” album and ended up on the “Swagg Season” mixtape. Also when I found out that I did not sell that much album, I made up my mind to not put up another one on iTunes – but then when I released the “Swagg Season” mixtape, I noticed that on iTunes, it was a song on the album was selling pretty well, that song was called “Cookie Monster Man”. Basically, that’s an old song I made 5 years ago when I was living in an apartment with my family. The song is not lyrically the best, it was just a song I played around on.
Anyway, The song inspired me to get in recording mode. Also I realized that “Swagg Season” was getting a lot of downloads and people liked certain songs on the mixtape. Them songs they were refering to was either catchy or something that was heart-felt like, then I also realized that my last mixtape “The Redprint” was a classic in the making.
Even though I released “Swagg Season” there were still some finished product that I had not released yet. So I got most of the unreleased songs, took the 2 the songs I leaked from RP2 on the Swagg Season mixtape and added them into my this project. I been talking about The Redprint 2 for the longest and anticipated the mixtape, like I did my last 3 projects.
The Redprint 2 was planned to be release in January 2011 but I felt that I couldn’t wait, I don’t know why but I always wanted to do a Redprint trilgy mixtape. I wanted to go a different direction from the first version. I wanted it to be soulful, inspirational, mellow and catchy with a little twist.
That’s all. Make sure you download the mixtape, it’s free – if you wish to purchase to CD for $5.99, contact me at via email kkofmusic@hotmail.com. Get or download your copy of “The Redprint 2″ today!
